What vacation rental cabins do we offer for rent & their rates?

On this page you will find both the Jurgens and Waller Cabins quick calendar for rent & their rates.  Consult the “Rental Calendar Page” for more information regarding dates.

2020 Calendar Season begins mid-May & ends October 20th; the cabins are closed before and after.  

Pink means Blocked or Reserved; Light Blue means Available

Are the cabin rates competitive?  Yes!

2020 RATES:

Cabin rates vary from Early Season (April, May & early June) rising steadily upward to Peak Season (late June into mid August) and then decline steadily into Late Season (September & October).

The lowest rates are $110 nightly Sunday-Thursday and $135 for a Friday or Saturday.  Also, if you rent 5 nights or more the rate is $110 per night offering a better deal.

Beginning Sunday June 14th rates increase to $135 per night with a minimum number of nights required and checkin and checkout dates to be specified (inquire).

The highest rates are Peak Season (beginning Saturday June 27th, 2020 ending August 15th) $1410 per cabin per week.  Peak Season rentals are by the week typically Saturday to Saturday.

Beginning Saturday August 15th rates drop to $135 per night with a minimum number of nights required and checkin and checkout dates to be specified (inquire)

After Labor Day Weekend rates drop to $110 nightly Sunday-Thursday and $135 for a Friday or Saturday.  If you rent 5 nights or more the rate is $110 per night offering a better deal.

A deposit of about 2/3s is required by check or bank-to-bank transfer with the balance due upon arrival either cash or check.

Add in 6% sales tax.

Pontoon Boat rates vary from $150-$250 the 1st day and decline per day the more days rented, up to a Peak Season weekly rate of $750 onsite and $800 offsite.  Furthermore, if you rent both cabins and a pontoon boat I can offer a “pontoon boat package” discount up to 50% off the pontoon.  Reservations are recommended!

Finally, I do not want any nights unused therefore you will find our rates to be very competitive.  I often see other operators chasing the big bucks and they may get it now and then but they sacrifice return business, they often have vacancies and over time the word gets out, “not worth it, try Shawn’s Place if you want fair and reasonably priced.”  I think this is the perfect place to getaway.  I work it and do the best I can!  Success equates to a delighted customer!
